This privacy policy (as amended from time to time, the “1Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which Obba Ltd (or businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies or that become part of that group (“Affiliates”, Obba Ltd and Affiliates together referred to as “Cabbie”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information in connection with the use of services offered through the Cabbie website www.cabbie.work (the “Cabbie Services”).

The responsible data controller for any personal data collected, processed and used in connection with the Cabbie Services is Obba Ltd.

Collection of Your Personal Data

In providing the Cabbie Services, Cabbie may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, date of birth, gender, phone number, address and email. If you purchase products or services from Cabbie, Cabbie may collect billing and credit card information that you provide. This information is used to completed the purchase transaction and render the Cabbie Services offered to you.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Cabbie.

This information may include browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Cabbie Services, to maintain quality of the Cabbie Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Cabbie Services.

Changing Your Information

You may update or change your account information and profile/privacy settings at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings. Following the termination or deactivation of your account, Cabbie or its service providers may retain information (including your profile information) and user content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes, to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

Opt-In & Unsubscribe

You may subscribe for and unsubscribe from email communications that we may send for marketing purposes, as permitted under applicable laws.

Children under Eighteen

If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Cabbie Services, including the Cabbie website. Cabbie may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Cabbie Services as well as company and customer feedback. If there are material changes to the Privacy Policy or in how we will use your information, we will provide an updated version of the Privacy Policy on the website. We will also notify users of the revision, either through the user account, in an email notification or through other reasonable means.

Access Rights

You have the right of access, after having supplied sufficient search criteria, to the data on yourself in our personal data file, or to a notice that the file contains no such data. Cabbie shall at the same time provide you with information of the regular sources of data in the file, on the uses for the data in the file and the regular destinations of disclosed data.

Cabbie may on its own initiative or at your request, without undue delay rectify, erase or supplement information contained in the personal data file if it is erroneous, unnecessary, incomplete or obsolete as regards the purpose of the processing.

If Cabbie refuses to rectify an error, a written certificate to this effect shall be issued. The certificate shall also mention the reasons for the refusal.
