This information is used to completed the purchase transaction and render the Cabbie Services offered to you.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Cabbie.
This information may include browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Cabbie Services, to maintain quality of the Cabbie Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Cabbie Services.

Following the termination or deactivation of your account, Cabbie or its service providers may retain information (including your profile information) and user content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes, to the extent permitted under applicable laws.
Opt-In & Unsubscribe
You may subscribe for and unsubscribe from email communications that we may send for marketing purposes, as permitted under applicable laws.
Children under Eighteen
You have the right of access, after having supplied sufficient search criteria, to the data on yourself in our personal data file, or to a notice that the file contains no such data. Cabbie shall at the same time provide you with information of the regular sources of data in the file, on the uses for the data in the file and the regular destinations of disclosed data.
